Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Implementation
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement keyword optimization across website content.
  • Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with content teams to ensure SEO-driven content strategies align with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
On-Page & Off-Page SEO
  • Optimize website elements, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
  • Conduct content audits and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor and improve website UX/UI elements affecting search rankings and user engagement.
  • Develop and implement backlink-building strategies to enhance domain authority and website credibility.
  • Manage and optimize local SEO efforts, including Google My Business and local citations.
Technical SEO
  • Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile usability.
  • Implement schema markup, structured data, and other advanced SEO techniques to enhance search visibility.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO-friendly website architecture, redirects, and indexing.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and other performance-related factors to enhance page speed and usability.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
  • Track key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and backlink health.
  • Prepare and present SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize website performance and search rankings.
Pitches and Presentations:
  • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in search engine optimization and digital marketing.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
Industry Knowledge
  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush is a plus.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn more about SEO and grow as a digital analyst.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results and contributing to client success.
