Salary Range: Php 20,000 - 30,000

Responsibilities:

  • Audio and Video Editing (VFX, Color Grading, 2D and 3D Motion Graphics)
    • Edit sound, video, or combined files using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
    • Blender, 3Ds Maxor similar tools.
    • Record, edit, and mix audio tracks, enhancing sound quality and adding effects as necessary.
    • Create and integrate animation, sound effects, titles, subtitles, visual effects and other visual elements into projects.
    • Curate and maintain sound libraries for use in post-production work.
    • Convey mood and messaging through the application of color theory in Color Grading
       
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure alignment with creative intent and technical specifications.
    • Utilize a range of techniques to enhance video and audio quality for clarity and impact.
    • Adhere closely to directives and feedback from directors, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
    • Showcase expertise in each project, possessing comprehensive knowledge of its storyline and technical requirements.
       
  • Project Management
    • Perform general post-production duties, including media ingestion, troubleshooting, and delivery to producers.
    • Manage project timelines for post-production tasks, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to financial constraints.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments on the ideation and pre-production of video output that involves heavy VFX and motion graphics.
    • Provide accurate estimates for project scopes using industry-standard methods.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring smooth project workflows.
       
  • Pitches and Presentations:
    • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in Post-Production
    • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
       
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
    • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
    • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement
       

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Measure the total number of views across platforms to gauge the reach of video content.
  • Track the total duration viewers spend watching videos to assess engagement levels.
  • Percentage of viewers who interact with videos through likes, comments, shares, or other actions to gauge audience involvement
  • Monitor metrics tailored to each platform (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) to optimize content for specific audiences.
  • Measure the percentage of viewers who click on call-to-action buttons or links to evaluate video effectiveness in driving actions.
  • Ensure that videos align with brand tone, style, and messaging to maintain brand consistency and integrity.
  • Measure the number of leads generated from video content to assess its effectiveness in driving conversions.
  • Monitor metrics indicating increased brand visibility and recognition resulting from video campaigns to assess brand impact.
  • Monitor audience comments, feedback, and sentiment to understand viewer preferences and improve future content.
  • Track the reach and engagement of videos shared on social media platforms or third-party websites to maximize distribution effectiveness.
 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in post-production is preferred, although fresh graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained with tasks to familiarize oneself with the whole production process.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of production equipment and tools to effectively carry out post-production tasks.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Proficient in After Effects is a must 
  • Has knowledge in DaVinci Resolve, Blender, 3Ds Max and/or other Post Production software that can do 3D Animation and VFX is preferred
  • Highly organized, particularly in utilizing digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and ClickUp
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Filipino to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Demonstrates punctuality and professionalism during on-site engagements, ensuring timely delivery of work.
