Your Mission Brief
Supports the execution and delivery of internal projects that improve workflows, systems, and collaboration across Skyrocket Studios. Working closely with the Head of PMO and department leads, this role ensures projects are organized, on track, and aligned with company goals.
Where You’ll Lead
The role focuses on driving operational clarity, implementing structured processes, and enabling teams to deliver efficiently in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Project Management
Plan and manage internal operations projects from kickoff through completion.
Develop timelines, tasks, and milestones using ClickUp.
Track project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to maintain delivery timelines.
Ensure projects stay within scope and align with internal operational objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with department heads to align on project goals, deliverables, and expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and alignment.
Facilitate communication across teams to ensure transparency and accountability.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to improve operational processes.
Lead initiatives that streamline project workflows and team collaboration.
Support the implementation of standardized project management practices across departments.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain organized project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and post-project summaries.
Provide regular updates to the Head of PMO on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure all documentation remains accurate and accessible for stakeholders.
Resource Management
Coordinate internal resources, timelines, and project priorities.
Assist with resource allocation and scheduling across departments.
Monitor budgets and help ensure projects are delivered cost-effectively.
Mission Control and AI
Contribute to internal missions and continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes, systems, workflows, and operational improvements that enhance team efficiency and overall business operations.
Explore and apply AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support smarter ways of working across the organization.
Participate in cross-functional mission projects and initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable solutions for the company.
