Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building & Account Management:
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, leveraging expertise and strategic insights to drive client satisfaction and retention.
    • Manage a portfolio of complex client accounts, overseeing all aspects of client relationships, including upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
    • Lead meetings and presentations with clients, demonstrating expert communication and negotiation skills.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely resolution.
 
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and deadlines.
    • Provide strategic input and direction to project teams, leveraging industry expertise to drive successful project outcomes.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project workflows and resource allocation.
       
  • Sales Support:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets, collaborating with sales and marketing teams as needed.
    • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, maximizing profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
 
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting accountability, creativity, and professional development.
    • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, leveraging team strengths and expertise to optimize performance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive growth and development.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, aligning with organizational objectives and KPIs.
       
  • Organization & File Management:
    • Establish and maintain robust systems for organizing client files and documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
    • Implement best practices and standards for file management and data security within the team.
 
  • Pitches and Presentations:
    • Lead the development and delivery of high-impact pitches and presentations to clients, showcasing agency capabilities and solutions.
    • Provide strategic input and direction during creative ideation sessions and strategy development.
       
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments in advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
    • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients, internal teams, and the broader organization based on industry expertise.
 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Team performance metrics, including client satisfaction ratings, revenue growth, and profitability of client accounts.
  • Individual and team goals achievement, aligned with organizational objectives and KPIs.
  • Timeliness and quality of project deliverables, project success rates, and client retention.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership and team management roles, preferably in a creative or digital marketing agency environment.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing and empowering team members.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on driving successful project outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and advanced project management software.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client success.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, trends, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
