Salary Range: Php 23,000 - 37,000

Responsibilities:

 

  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
    • Define project requirements and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within quality standards.
    • Create and maintain detailed project briefs and documentation.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    • Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Instagantt for task management and client visibility.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
    • Tailor project plans to include pre-production, storyboarding, on-site video shoots, and post-production editing workflows. 
    • Integrate client-specific goals and creative direction into project requirements, particularly for high-quality content.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Coordinate efforts between various roles in the MVPS department while ensuring each phase aligns with the project vision and client expectations.
    • Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among team members.
    • Provide guidance and support, ensuring team members have the resources and information needed to succeed.
    • Encourage innovation and creativity within the team.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with clients regarding production status, creative direction, and any logistical updates specific to production projects.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, goals, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders.
    • Address client concerns promptly and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and standards.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement improvements.
    • Implement a review process tailored to production projects, evaluating video and photo quality, adherence to brand guidelines, and alignment with storyboard vision before final delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Pitches and Presentations:
    • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in project management
    • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
    • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
    • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time by tracking and meeting deadlines.
  • Keep projects within budget constraints and report on budget utilization.
  • Client satisfaction through feedback and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor team efficiency and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing setting.
  • Knowledge in the movie/video production industry. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience managing digital marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
