Responsibilities

Digital Marketing - General

  • Have broad knowledge of all digital marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, email marketing, search marketing), their applications, and execution methods
  • Understand analytics tools / platforms, and interpret data for more improved decision making
  • Has experience in making Meta, TikTok ads including AB testing and campaign optimization
  • Craft full-funnel digital marketing strategies for clients
  • Work with other departments for campaign strategy and execution
  • Manage reporting via reporting / analytics tools (e.g. Google Data Studio), and present to all stakeholders
  • Work with the team to ensure client’s digital marketing needs are met
  • Research using digital marketing tools or search
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Conducts market research

Pitches and Presentations

  • Prepare and manage team for pitch dates and pitches
  • Actively participate in strategy / creative ideation for clients / pitches / projects, especially in your area of expertise
  • Present ideas of the team well and understands these ideas enough to get the message across

Industry Knowledge

  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
  • Updated with digital marketing trends and techniques and how these can be applied
  • Share knowledge with the team openly and frequently

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely client project, and task delivery
  • Accurate, insightful, and visually appealing reporting
  • Robust and relevant research for client pitches, briefs, and team requirements
  • Continuous learning and growth in various digital marketing disciplines
  • Other KPIs on a per client (including Skyrocket Studios) basis

Requirements

  • Superb interpersonal / PR skills
  • Analytical, and numbers oriented. Must make decisions based on data and numbers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Extremely organized, especially with digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and ClickUp
  • Must be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • Passionate about customers and customer experience
  • Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge is a plus
  • Adept with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Has a growth mindset, always seeking to learn more and improve
