Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Collaborate with the Director to translate vision into actionable plans within budgetary and logistical constraints, with a specific emphasis on livestreaming content.
- Liaise with clients and Relationship Managers to ensure clear communication and meeting project needs, particularly in the context of livestreaming.
- Coordinate team resource schedules, optimizing allocation for efficient production workflows, with an emphasis on livestreaming platforms.
- Conduct research and provide information to support production decision-making, with a focus on trends and best practices in livestreaming.
- Oversee all aspects of production scheduling, budgeting, and workflow adherence, with an emphasis on livestreaming execution.
- Pre-production Planning:
- Write and review scripts and program ideas, developing detailed schedules and budget estimates, with consideration for livestreaming formats and requirements.
- Research internet trends to inform fresh and engaging content creation, specifically tailored to livestreaming platforms.
- Analyze creative trends in videos, sounds, and music for innovative production approaches, emphasizing strategies suitable for livestreaming.
- Utilize past analytics to guide creative execution and content planning, with a focus on optimizing engagement and interaction in livestreaming contexts.
- Coordinate with clients to align production needs and requirements, with a particular focus on livestreaming strategies and objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive production breakdowns, including casting, locations, and crewing, with attention to livestreaming-specific elements.
- Obtain budget approval and book necessary resources for shoots, prioritizing livestreaming equipment and technical setup.
- Production Execution:
- Provide daily schedules to the Director, ensuring smooth filming or recording activities, with an emphasis on livestreaming production.

- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and union agreements, particularly in the context of livestreaming content.

- Project Leadership:
