Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement full-fledged social media strategies across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Analyze audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to tailor content and ad strategies effectively.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and performance tracking to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Guide team members in campaign setup, media planning, execution, and real-time optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, new features, and emerging trends, applying insights to client strategies.
     
SEO Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on both technical and content-driven approaches.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking structures, and site speed to improve search rankings.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including structured data, link-building, content optimization, and local SEO.
  • Monitor and report on search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Stay informed on search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices, adjusting strategies accordingly.
     
Paid Search Strategy & Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, programmatic, display, and retargeting networks).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop high-performing ad copy and landing page strategies to improve Quality Score and conversion rates.
  • Utilize automation and AI-driven bid strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Regularly test ad variations and audience targeting to refine campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date with paid search industry advancements, including new ad formats, targeting options, and bidding algorithms.
     
Video & Display Advertising:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize video ad campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, YouTube, and social media platforms.
  • Work with creative teams to produce engaging video ads, from storyboard development to final execution.
  • Optimize video placements, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Implement interactive and rich media ad formats to enhance audience interaction and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze video and display ad metrics, making data-driven optimizations to improve effectiveness.
     
Influencer Marketing:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and managing collaborations with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Research and vet influencers to ensure brand alignment and target audience relevance.
  • Negotiate contracts, establish campaign deliverables, and manage relationships to ensure campaign success.
  • Monitor influencer campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and track ROI.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry regulations.
     
Direct Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email, SMS, and CRM marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, MoEngage, and Insider.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Create and manage automated marketing workflows, including drip campaigns, triggered emails, and retargeting sequences.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key direct marketing KPIs, such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
     
Leadership & Team Enablement:
  • Mentor and train team members in digital marketing best practices, providing guidance on strategy execution and optimization techniques.
  • Facilitate professional development initiatives, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Conduct regular pulse checks with the team, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Escalate critical team concerns to senior management and propose viable solutions.
     
Pitches & Presentations:
  • Provide expert guidance and insights during client pitch presentations, contributing to strategy development.
  • Prepare and coach the team for pitch presentations, ensuring confidence and readiness.
  • Lead strategy and creative ideation sessions for client projects and pitches, ensuring innovative and data-driven approaches.
  • Communicate campaign strategies and insights effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
     
Industry Knowledge & Innovation:
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in advertising, digital marketing, creative technology, and consulting industries.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and innovations.
  • Share industry knowledge openly within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and strategic adaptability.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing across various channels, including social media, search engines, SEO, and paid media.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media management tools, and SEO software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
