Digital Marketing Associate / Digital Analyst

Digital Marketing - Remote - Full Time

Salary Range: PHP 20,000 - 25,000

Responsibilities:
  • Social:
    • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
    • Support in monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Aid in crafting compelling social media content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
    • Collaborate with team members to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing objectives and client goals.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and content.
       
  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Provide support in influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification, outreach, and collaboration management.
    • Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships, contracts, and content approvals to ensure campaign success.
    • Aid in monitoring influencer campaign performance and analyzing key metrics for optimization.
    • Assist in conducting research on industry trends, competitor activity, and influencer insights.
    • Support in preparing influencer marketing reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
       
  • Search:
    • Assist in managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
    • Aid in keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to optimize campaign performance.
    • Support in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Provide assistance in A/B testing and experimentation to drive better results in search advertising.
    • Collaborate with team members to integrate search campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.
       
  • SEO:
    • Support in implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
    • Assist in conducting keyword research and optimizing website content for relevant search terms.
    • Aid in technical SEO audits and optimization efforts, including site speed improvements and schema markup implementation.
    • Provide support in monitoring and analyzing SEO performance metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink profiles.
    • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices across digital assets.
       
  • Direct Marketing:
    • Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM initiatives.
    • Support in developing targeted email and SMS campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
    • Provide assistance in managing CRM tools and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
    • Aid in monitoring campaign performance metrics, analyzing results, and providing insights for optimization.
    • Collaborate with team members to integrate direct marketing efforts with broader digital marketing strategies
 
  • Pitches and Presentations:
    • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in digital marketing strategy and execution.
    • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
 
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
    • Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
    • Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Social Media:
    • Growth in social media followers and engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares).
    • Increase in website traffic originating from social media channels.
    • Improvement in brand sentiment and awareness on social media platforms.
    • Successful execution of social media campaigns, measured by campaign reach, engagement, and conversions.
    • Positive feedback and testimonials from clients regarding social media performance.
  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Successful engagement and collaboration with influencers, measured by influencer reach, engagement rates, and content performance.
    • Increase in brand mentions and visibility generated through influencer partnerships.
    • Growth in follower count and engagement on social media channels resulting from influencer campaigns.
    • Achievement of campaign objectives, such as product sales, website traffic, or brand awareness.
    • Positive feedback and testimonials from influencers and clients regarding influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Search:
    • Improvement in search engine rankings for target keywords.
    • Increase in website traffic from organic and paid search channels.
    • Growth in conversion rates and leads generated through search advertising campaigns.
    • Achievement of target goals for click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Positive feedback and testimonials from clients regarding search advertising performance.
  • SEO:
    • Growth in organic search traffic and improvement in keyword rankings.
    • Increase in website visibility and domain authority through effective SEO strategies.
    • Achievement of target goals for organic leads, conversions, and revenue.
    • Successful implementation of technical SEO improvements, measured by site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
    • Positive feedback and testimonials from clients regarding SEO performance and website visibility.
  • Direct Marketing:
    • Growth in email and SMS subscriber lists and engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates).
    • Increase in conversions and revenue generated through email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in each area.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results and contributing to client success.
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
