Community Management Associate

Your Mission Brief

The Community Management Associate is responsible for managing and nurturing online communities for Skyrocket Studios and its clients. This role ensures consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints, drives meaningful engagement, and supports project and client management initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and retention.

Where You’ll Lead

This role ensures strong community engagement, seamless project coordination, and excellent client support across all assigned accounts.

Community Engagement

• Manage clients’ customer touchpoints aligned with brand tone of voice, identity, and processes.
• Initiate and sustain meaningful conversations to drive engagement and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for stronger community engagement.
• Track, measure, and analyze community activities to optimize performance.
• Maintain updated knowledge of clients’ products, services, and brand positioning.
• Generate reports based on community queries across social media platforms.

Project Management

• Manage tasks, timelines, and resources to meet strict deadlines and project objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project briefs to clearly communicate client needs.
• Maintain open communication among stakeholders for alignment and efficiency.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Instagantt) to create project plans and Gantt charts for client visibility.
• Manage late deliverables effectively to protect overall timelines.
• Integrate AI tools and technologies into daily workflows where applicable.
• Coordinate smooth delivery and launch of projects and deliverables.

Client Management

• Develop onboarding decks and materials for new clients.
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to streamline workflows and recommend improvements.
• Maintain productivity tracking sheets for community tasks.
• Prepare and present comprehensive end-of-month reports with insights and data analysis.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance on ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Strengthen internal collaboration to ensure seamless task completion.

Organization & File Management

• Maintain systematic storage of client files in designated Google Drive folders, including briefs, assets, contracts, invoices, and administrative documents.
• Ensure proper file permissions and data security protocols are followed.

Pitches & Presentations

• Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, contributing community management insights.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal and client-facing use.

Industry Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

• Stay informed on trends within advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
• Apply best practices in creative operations and project management.
• Participate in training programs and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives.

Mission Control and AI

• Contribute to internal missions and continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes, systems, workflows, and operational improvements that enhance team efficiency and overall business operations.
• Explore and apply AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support smarter ways of working across the organization.
• Participate in cross-functional mission projects and initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable solutions for the company.

• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) for community content support.
• Experience preparing analytical or performance reports.

Required education and qualifications (certifications, licenses, accreditations, etc.)  

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or equivalent.
