Lead the development of high-impact 2D motion graphics, animations, and video effects for multi-platform campaigns, including digital ads, branded videos, and presentation materials.
Animate complex typographic sequences, brand elements, and infographics, bringing visual consistency and creative polish to all animated outputs.
Translate creative briefs and storyboards into sophisticated motion design that enhances storytelling and brand identity.
Work fluently in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create, optimize, and composite assets for animation.
Visual Effects Execution & Compositing
Handle advanced VFX tasks including chroma keying, rotoscoping, and scene clean-up for high-quality compositing.
Apply precise motion tracking and basic 3D camera tracking to integrate graphical elements into live-action footage.
Ensure all VFX outputs meet technical and creative standards, balancing realism, narrative clarity, and brand tone.
Conduct self-QA and proactively flag challenges, delivering clean, revision-light assets to editors and producers.
Quality Assurance &Leadership Support
Conduct quality assurance reviews (QA), ensuring all deliverables meet creative standards before final production.
Provide workflow oversight and creative guidance when Leads are unavailable or managing high-priority projects.
Partner closely with editors, producers, and creative leads to align VFX treatments with overarching campaign concepts.
Assist junior MVPS team members with technical troubleshooting, software proficiency, and process optimization, workflow tips, and visual feedback.
Pitches and Presentations:
Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and clients.
Contribute to pitches, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, offering insights into multimedia art direction.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, creative technologies, AI advancements, and emerging post-production methodologies.
Participate in training programs and workshops to refine VFX and operational skills.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong design portfolio showcasing creative projects
Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Premiere Pro), and familiarity with emerging multimedia technologies and tools
Must have a keen eye for detail
