Project Manager - Internal Operations
Project Management Office - Remote - Full Time
Salary Range: Php 25,000 - 35,000
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Plan and manage internal projects from kickoff to delivery
- Create timelines, tasks, and milestones in ClickUp
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with department heads to align on goals, deliverables, and expectations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentum
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and lead efforts to improve workflows
- Help roll out standardized project management practices across departments
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain clean and updated documentation (status reports, risk logs, post-project summaries)
- Provide timely updates to the Head of PMO and highlight any blockers or wins
Resource Management
- Assist in coordinating internal resources and timelines
- Monitor budgets to help ensure cost-effective project delivery
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in project management (startup, agency, or internal ops preferred)
- Strong familiarity with ClickUp (must-have)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management experience
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
