Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building & Account Management:
- Assist in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, both new and existing.
- Support in managing meeting schedules with clients and internal team members.
- Learn and apply a consultative approach, understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Assist in maintaining communication with clients to address their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with senior team members to cultivate relationships and generate referrals.
- Support the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to regular client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions.
- Project Management:
- Aid in managing teams and resources to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in fostering clear communication among stakeholders to understand clients’ needs fully.
- Learn to create and maintain comprehensive project briefs for documentation.
- Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.
- Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Instagantt for task management and client visibility.
- Learn to collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Sales Support:
- Learn to assist in preparing basic cost estimates and proposals for clients.
- Support in contract negotiations and documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in creating and maintaining contract documents, cost estimates, and statements of work.
- Collections:
- Aid in tracking client payments and creating invoices for services rendered.
- Assist in monitoring payment schedules and notifying stakeholders of upcoming due dates.
- Organization & File Management:
- Support in organizing and maintaining client files in Google Drive.
- Ensure proper permissions on files and assist in managing various documents including client assets, briefs, contracts, and administrative files.
- Pitches and Presentations:
- Assist in organizing and participating in pitches and meetings with clients.
- Learn to contribute ideas during strategy and creative ideation sessions under supervision.
- Industry Knowledge
- Stay informed about market developments and opportunities in advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Client satisfaction ratings from surveys
- Timeliness and accuracy of project deliverables
- Number of successful client renewals
- Adherence to project timelines and deadlines
- Client retention rate
- Revenue generated from upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic agency environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
