Responsibilities

Relationship Building

  • Establish rapport and nurture relationships with clients, both new to agency and existing to agency
  • Manage meeting schedules, both with clients and any team members required
  • Have a consultative approach with clients and offer value added services to further clients’ business goal
  • Maintain constant communication with clients to identify needs before they arise, then communicate and address to internal tea
  • Build on relationships in order to get referrals to other potential leads (interdepartmental and external to clients’ businesses
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal team. Serve as the lead point of contact for all client relationship matters

Project Management

  • Manage team and resources effectively to meet strict deadlines and project
  • Establish solid communication amongst all stakeholders for full understanding of clients’ need
  • Create project briefs for documentation and full understanding of clients’ need
  • Effectively manage late deliverables to ensure final deadline is still me
  • Create project plans / gantt charts for full visibility with client (usually with Instagantt)
  • Manage all project tasks via ClickUp
  • Work with team to ensure any ad hoc requests from clients are properly queue
  • Orchestrate the successful delivery and launch of a project / deliverable

Organization & File Management

  • Manage the storage and organization of all client files in proper Google Drive folders including, but not limited to, client assets, client documentation, client briefs, internal team deliverables, cost estimates, invoices, contracts, administrative documents, accreditations, etc.
  • Ensure proper permissions on all files

Pitches and Presentations; Sales

  • Prepare and manage team for pitch dates and pitches
  • Actively participate in strategy / creative ideation for clients / pitches / projects
  • Organize and lead the pitches and meetings with clients
  • Have a deep understanding of all Skyrocket’s products and services in order to up/cross sell
  • Maintain relationship in order to sign client on more contracts - renewals, upsells, other products
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and prices
  • Create contracts, cost estimates, and statements of work for clients
  • Strive to increase close/success rates with clients / pitches

Collections

  • Work with clients to ensure timely payments for services rendered. Create invoices to ensure proper documentation. Track payments in appropriate sheets.
  • Ensure proper notification of upcoming payment due dates to all stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge

  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries

Requirements

  • Superb interpersonal / PR skills.
  • Analytical, and numbers oriented. Must make decisions based on data and numbers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Extremely organized, especially with digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and ClickUp.
  • Must be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be proactive and take initiative.
  • Passionate about customers and customer experience.
  • Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge a plus.
  • Adept with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.
