Responsibilities:
- Paid Search Strategy and Execution:
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and proficiency in paid search platforms/SEM, including Google Ads and anything within the Google Marketing Platform
- Develop and execute paid search campaigns aligned with clients' objectives and target audience.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bidding strategies for optimal campaign performance.
- Utilize keyword targeting and segmentation to reach relevant audiences across various paid search channels.
- Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns for performance, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
- Leadership and Team Enablement:
- Provide leadership and enablement for team members, including coaching, mentoring, and training in paid search advertising best practices.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities and initiatives to enhance team members' skills and capabilities in paid search management.
- Conduct pulse checks on the team, addressing concerns, and providing support as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Escalate team concerns to higher management and provide viable solutions in times of conflict.
- Pitches and Presentations:
- Provide expertise and guidance during pitch presentations, offering strategic insights in paid search advertising.
- Prepare and manage the team for pitch dates and presentations, ensuring readiness and effectiveness.
- Actively participate in strategy and creative ideation for clients, pitches, and projects, leveraging paid search advertising expertise.
- Present ideas effectively, ensuring clear communication and understanding among stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge
- Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
- Keep abreast of trends and techniques in paid search advertising and ensure these inform strategy.
- Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely and successful execution of paid search campaigns.
- Achievement of target ROAS, CPC, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Continuous personal and team development in paid search advertising expertise.
- Positive client feedback and testimonials specifically related to paid search initiatives.

Requirements:
- Google Skillshop Certifications in the following:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Merchant Center
- Other Google Marketing Platform Courses a plus
- Familiarity in the installation and use of Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, and other relevant paid search platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, proficient in digital collaboration tools like Google Drive.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills, essential for effective client communication and collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making in paid search advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in presenting paid search strategies and insights.
