Salary Range: Php 18,000 to 24,000

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inspection
    • Receive incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, quantity, and quality.
    • Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor or relevant department.
       
  • Warehousing and Storage
    • Organize and store products according to company procedures.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy and update records.
    • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the warehouse and equipment.
       
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Pick and pack items accurately for outgoing shipments, ensuring timely dispatch.
    • Prepare shipping documents and labels as required.
       
  • Shipping and Delivery
    • Coordinate with shipping carriers and couriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Track shipments and monitor delivery status to meet customer requirements.
       
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations in warehouse operations.
       
  • Collaborative Efforts
    • Work closely with other teams, such as relationship managers, events associates, and digital analysts, to meet client demands and resolve issues
    • Propose solutions to optimize warehouse operations and address any areas of concern.
 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Percentage of inventory items accurately recorded in the system compared to physical count
  • Percentage of orders fulfilled accurately without errors or discrepancies
  • Time taken to fulfill orders from receiving to shipping
  • Number of process improvement ideas suggested and implemented by the logistics associate
 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or Logistics role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Must have a keen interest in learning new skills and improving
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and being initiative
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience
