Creative Design & Execution
- Produce high-quality, sophisticated visual designs for digital and print platforms that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Apply art direction consistently across projects, ensuring precision, creativity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Use advanced multimedia tools to create content, optimizing file formats, resolution, and performance for all assets.
Creative Ideation & Strategy
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, offering innovative and strategic concepts that meet campaign objectives.
- Translate client briefs into actionable creative plans, conducting research on brands, audiences, competitors, and trends to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Relationship Management) for cohesive campaign execution.
Brand Ownership & Management
- Lead creative execution for mid- to high-priority brands, ensuring brand consistency and impactful visual storytelling.
- Maintain, evolve, and enforce brand identity systems and visual guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Provide guidance on creative approaches for multiple campaigns with varying priorities, exercising independent judgment and initiative.
Software Proficiency & Tools
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Leverage current design trends, emerging tools, and AI-assisted creative workflows to optimize output and efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Team Support
- Review and QA designs for mid-priority brands, ensuring final outputs meet or exceed quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers, supporting skill development, workflow efficiency, and tool proficiency.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and assist with process optimization within the creative team.
Pitches, Presentations & Collaboration
- Present creative concepts, art direction, and design strategies to internal leadership and clients.
- Contribute insights during pitch presentations, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent creative output and campaign alignment.
Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand and client standards.
- Assist in overseeing end-to-end project management for creative initiatives, from brief intake to final delivery and launch.
- Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and priorities with leadership and stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge & Growth
- Stay informed about emerging design technologies, creative trends, and industry best practices.
- Participate in workshops and training programs to continuously refine design and operational skills.
- Collaborate with peers to exchange insights and implement best practices for creative excellence.

Essential skills, knowledge or experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-platform multimedia design, brand consistency, and high-quality execution.
- Skilled in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and collaboration tools like Google Drive and ClickUp.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to report onsite to execute work-related tasks.
Desirable skills, knowledge or experience
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency environments.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and workflows.

Required education and qualifications (certifications, licenses, accreditations, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia design with a strong, versatile portfolio.
