Designs, Special Effects, Animations, or Illustrations for various media
  • Use various technologies and tools for creative or technical design work for Skyrocket or clients’ needs 
  • Conceptualize, Illustrate, digitize, storyboard, design, animate, edit, and/or filter to create head-turning, scroll-stopping creative work for Skyrocket or for clients 
  • Employ various typography best practices to enhance or bring design to elevated levels
  • Understand basic design principles, especially when it comes to leading, kerning, letter spacing, vertical spacing, white space, negative space, and many other design principles/elements. 
  • Use proper file types and/or compression methods for any task 
  • Execute on effective and efficient workflows for maximum productivity 
Creative Strategy and Content Formulation 
  • Interpreting account briefs and client requests properly and clearly 
  • Establish solid communication amongst all stakeholders for full understanding of clients’ needs
  • Research and provide effective insights on and regarding clients’ brand, clients’ products / services, clients’ industry, clients’ needs, clients’ customers, clients’ competitors, and best practices on how to service the clients in the best way possible 
  • Effectively manage late deliverables to ensure final deadline is still met 
  • Conceptualize and create compelling and effective artwork or creative assets 
  • Orchestrate an overall strategy for all aspects of a campaign, ensuring all senses are stimulated
  • Assist the team in formulating and adhering to a specific creative direction for campaign cohesiveness 
Organization and Proper File Keeping
  • Manage the storage and organization of all client files in proper Google Drive folders including, but not limited to, client assets, client documentation, client briefs, and anything else pertaining to, regarding, or about the engagement with the client 
  • Ensure proper permissions on all files 
Pitches and Presentations
  • Prepare and manage team for pitch dates and pitches 
  • Actively participate in strategy / creative ideation for clients / pitches / projects 
  • Organize and lead the pitches and meetings with clients 
Industry Knowledge
  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, art, digital art, marketing, and consulting industries

  • Extremely organized, especially with digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and ClickUp

  • Passionate about customers and customer experience 
  • Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge a plus
  • Adept with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
