Responsibilities:
- Creative Design and Visual Content Creation:
- Utilize various technologies and tools to produce compelling creative content tailored to the needs of Skyrocket or clients
- Conceptualize, illustrate, digitize, design, and edit multimedia content for Skyrocket or for clients, ensuring it stands out and resonates with target audiences
- Create static or dynamic ads that engage and drive conversions, leveraging multimedia skills and industry best practices
- Employ various elements and principles of design to elevate design aesthetics and readability
- Ensure optimal file formats and compression methods are employed for all multimedia assets
- Implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity and meet project timelines effectively
- Creative Strategy and Content Development:
- Interpret account briefs and client requirements accurately to align creative output with client objectives
- Establish clear and open communication among stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of client needs
- Conduct in-depth research to gain insights into client brands, products/services, industry landscape, target audience, and competitors
- Develop creative strategies for multimedia campaigns that engage multiple senses and drive desired outcomes
- Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain a consistent creative direction across campaigns
- Organization and File Management:
- Maintain systematic storage and organization of client files within designated Google Drive folders, including assets, documentation, briefs, and other relevant materials
- Ensure proper permissions are set for all files to maintain confidentiality and data security
- Pitches and Presentations:
- Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing creative ideas, support, and insights in multimedia art.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of approved multimedia assets created across various projects and campaigns
- Number of engagements (likes, shares, comments, views, etc.) generated by multimedia content across different platforms
- Demonstrated growth and proficiency in the use of multimedia design, dynamic ads, and animation
- Ability to effectively manage and streamline workflows to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in finding creative solutions to challenges encountered during project execution
- Percentage of creative assets meeting or exceeding client expectations in terms of quality and effectiveness
- Client satisfaction scores based on evaluations, focusing on strategy, campaign execution, and creative deliverables
- Number of clients managed by the Associate Multimedia Artist, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Number of positive client testimonials or endorsements received for creative work, collaboration, and overall satisfaction
- Percentage of tasks and deliverables completed on time and within scope across various projects
- Ability to take command in group situations and collaborate effectively with the team
- Demonstrated interest in learning new skills and attending internal or external trainings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in working across a diverse range of media and formats. Knowledge in video editing is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in industry-standard design and editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Canva.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
- Highly organized, particularly in utilizing digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and ClickUp
- Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering work on schedule
