Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including but not limited to identifying target audiences, conducting market research, creating campaigns, and providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance and customer data using a variety of tools and help identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Write and edit product listings that will be published on our e-Commerce site ensuring accuracy and keyword optimization.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, supply chain, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with different teams and stakeholders (product management, marketing, sales, logistics, etc) to ensure smooth operations and optimization of our e-Commerce store.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends including changes in product sales and pricing.
  • Utilize customer service software and automation tools to provide best in class customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer feedback .
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites, marketplaces or similar.
  • Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders, especially Shopify, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of various martech platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and with various stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Must have a keen interest in learning new skills and improving.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts.
