Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for Paid Ads and SEO campaigns, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
  • Define project requirements and objectives in collaboration with the Digital team.
  • Coordinate across teams to manage campaign lifecycles from briefing and asset development to launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within quality standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed project briefs and documentation tailored to Paid Ads and SEO initiatives.
  • Track SEO and Paid Ads project progress, identify potential blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Instagantt for task management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Digital, Creative, Data, and Development) to enhance executional processes.
  • Foster clear communication among stakeholders to align on performance goals and campaign KPIs.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between strategists, creatives, analysts, and developers.
  • Provide guidance and support, ensuring team members have the resources and information needed for successful delivery.
  • Encourage innovation and creativity within the team.
  • Ensure that Paid Ads and SEO projects are executed with a strong understanding of industry trends and platform-specific nuances.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, campaign performance, and delivery timelines to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate complex digital performance metrics into actionable insights for clients.
  • Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Quality Assurance
  • Develop and implement QA processes for digital campaigns to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and performance standards.
  • Review campaign assets, tracking setups, and final deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to assess results and continuously improve output.
Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.
Pitches and Presentations
  • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in project management
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
Industry Knowledge
  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within a digital agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Ads (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) and SEO fundamentals is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
