Salary Range: Php 25,000 to 35,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of internal projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using ClickUp.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
       
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
       
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Implement standardized project management methodologies and tools across internal projects.
       
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
    • Regularly update the Head of PMO on project status, challenges, and achievements.
       
  • Resource Management
    • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved.
    • Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly with internal or operational projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp is a must, with experience in managing complex projects within the platform.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
