Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of internal projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using ClickUp.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement standardized project management methodologies and tools across internal projects.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
- Regularly update the Head of PMO on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Resource Management
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly with internal or operational projects.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in ClickUp is a must, with experience in managing complex projects within the platform.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or a related industry.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
