Salary Range: Php 30,000 - 40,000

Responsibilities:

  • User-Centered Design
    • Lead and contribute to the creation of user-centered designs by understanding business objectives, user needs, and user feedback.
    • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
    • Lead the team in producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
    • Mentor junior designers in creating intuitive interfaces and interactions, including designing UI elements and tools for our digital assets.
       
  • Prototyping and Mockups
    • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas using Figma.
    • Present refined concepts and prototypes to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and iterating designs.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather insights to refine user experiences.
    • Ensure prototypes are technically feasible and align with development standards.
       
  • UI/UX Tools Knowledge
    • Proficiency in research and measurement tools, such as Crazy Egg, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely.
    • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
    • Familiarity with usability testing tools, such as UserTesting and Lookback.
    • Knowledge of heatmapping tools to analyze user behavior.
    • Ability to use wireframing and prototyping tools, especially Figma, for creating and iterating on designs.
       
  • Collaboration and Implementation
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership in UI/UX design principles and practices.
    • Advocate for and implement best practices in UX research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all design projects.
    • Proactively identify and address UX issues and challenges, finding innovative solutions to improve usability and accessibility.
       
  • UI/UX Research
    • Conduct comprehensive UX research using various methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
    • Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
    • Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on research findings.
    • Stay updated with the latest UX research trends and methodologies to apply best practices in the design process.
       
  • Pitches and Presentations
    • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in UI/UX design.
    • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
    • Present and justify design decisions and approaches to stakeholders and clients.
    • Support the creation of user journey maps and personas for client presentations.
       
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay updated on market developments and opportunities in the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to UI/UX design.
    • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in design and operational processes.
    • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increase in conversion rates or engagement metrics attributed to UI/UX design improvements.
  • Prototypes approved without major revisions or rework.
  • Designs meeting established quality and consistency criteria.
  • Projects delivered on time and within scope.
  • Innovative UX solutions implemented or recognized externally.
  • Client satisfaction score based on feedback surveys or reviews.
  • Business impact of UX improvements, such as increased revenue, reduced support costs, or improved user retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • Extensive portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong expertise in UX research and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering work on schedule.
