Responsibilities:
- User-Centered Design
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Prototyping and Mockups
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into designs to enhance the user experience.
- Collaboration and Implementation
- Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Pitches and Presentations
- Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in UI/UX design.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
- Present and justify design decisions and approaches to stakeholders and clients.
- Support the creation of user journey maps and personas for client presentations.
- Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated on market developments and opportunities in the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to UI/UX design.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in design and operational processes.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Increase task success rate.
- Decrease user error rate.
- Attain a high customer satisfaction rate.
- Ensure intuitive website navigation.
- Improve usability scores and metrics.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
