Responsibilities:

  • User-Centered Design
    • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
    • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
    • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
    • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
 
  • Prototyping and Mockups
    • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
    • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
    • Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
    • Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into designs to enhance the user experience.
 
  • Collaboration and Implementation
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
    • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
    • Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
 
  • Pitches and Presentations
    • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in UI/UX design.
    • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
    • Present and justify design decisions and approaches to stakeholders and clients.
    • Support the creation of user journey maps and personas for client presentations.
 
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay updated on market developments and opportunities in the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to UI/UX design.
    • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in design and operational processes.
    • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.

  • Increase task success rate.
  • Decrease user error rate.
  • Attain a high customer satisfaction rate.
  • Ensure intuitive website navigation.
  • Improve usability scores and metrics.
 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
