Responsibilities:
Copywriting
- Create, edit, and refine high-quality articles using AI tools, ensuring originality, coherence, and human-like readability.
- Optimize content for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords, meta descriptions, internal links, and readability improvements to enhance search performance.
- Maintain brand consistency by aligning content with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and marketing objectives.
- Adapt tone and style to cater to different target audience segments, ensuring relevance across various demographics and platforms.
- Streamline content workflows by leveraging AI tools and best practices to improve efficiency while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Generate and refine at least 100 AI-assisted articles per month, with an average word count of 800-1,500 words, ensuring readability, originality, and SEO performance.
- Ensure AI-generated articles meet high editorial standards in clarity, engagement, and SEO effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and integrate them naturally within content.
- Optimize meta descriptions, tags, and internal/external linking structures for improved search rankings.
- Use AI tools to generate content drafts, followed by human refinement to ensure coherence, brand consistency, and SEO best practices.
Creative Strategy and Content Development
- Analyze and interpret client briefs to extract key objectives, ensuring clear, actionable next steps for content execution.
- Facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders to align expectations and clarify creative direction.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- Leverage data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensure strategic alignment between copywriting efforts and approved marketing strategies for a cohesive brand message.
- Maintain creative consistency across campaigns by collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and other team members.
Pitches and Presentations
- Contribute to pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions by providing compelling copywriting insights, creative ideas, and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in crafting persuasive presentation materials, ensuring clarity, storytelling impact, and alignment with client objectives.
- Effectively communicate creative concepts to internal teams and clients, translating complex ideas into engaging and digestible narratives.
Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated on market trends, advertising, digital marketing, creative, technology, and consulting industries.
- Keep up with best practices related to creative operations and project management.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI writing tools and their applications in content creation.
- Attend training programs and workshops to enhance copywriting skills and knowledge of industry tools.
- Share insights and best practices with the team for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in SEO copywriting is preferred. However, fresh graduates or undergraduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Docs, for collaborative writing and editing.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp for efficient task management and collaboration.
- Experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai for content generation.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Openness to constructive feedback and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Experience in public relations (PR) writing, including press releases and media kits, is a plus.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and custom GPT models is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of how AI models retrieve and refine data for content generation is beneficial.
