Responsibilities:
- Creative Design and Multimedia Production
- Execute proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite and various 3D rendering software
- Create visually appealing static imagery for both print and digital media
- Demonstrate strong design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and space design
- Develop compelling designs for various marketing materials such as posters, brochures, menus, and event collaterals
- Implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity and meet project timelines effectively
- Creative Strategy and Content Development
- Interpret client briefs accurately to deliver actionable next steps for project success
- Establish clear and open communication among stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of client needs
- Provide intelligent marketing rationale to support creative choices, contributing valuable insights to project discussions and overall effectiveness of campaigns
- Align creative decisions with approved marketing strategies to deliver cohesive and impactful visual content
- Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain a consistent creative direction across campaigns
- Organization and File Management
- Maintain systematic storage and organization of client files within designated Google Drive folders, including assets, documentation, briefs, and other relevant materials
- Ensure proper permissions are set for all files to maintain confidentiality and data security
- Pitches and Presentations:
- Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in 3D Multimedia Art
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients
- Industry Knowledge
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of approved multimedia assets and 3D models created across various projects and campaigns
- Number of engagements (likes, shares, comments, views, etc.) generated by multimedia content across different platforms
- Demonstrated growth and proficiency in the use of 3D rendering software and multimedia design tools
- Adherence to internal and external brand guidelines and best practices in digital ad, social media, and print design
- Ability to effectively manage and streamline workflows to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in finding creative solutions to challenges encountered during project execution
- Percentage of creative assets meeting or exceeding client expectations in terms of quality and effectiveness
- Client satisfaction scores based on evaluations, focusing on strategy, campaign execution, and creative deliverables
- Number of positive client testimonials or endorsements received for creative work, collaboration, and overall satisfaction
- Percentage of tasks and deliverables completed on time and within scope across various projects
- Ability to take command in group situations and collaborate effectively with the team
- Demonstrated interest in learning new skills and attending internal or external trainings
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in 3D modeling, multimedia design, or a similar role, preferably in an agency or creative studio setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Canva, and industry-standard 3D rendering software (such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D)
- Background in industrial design, interior design, graphic design, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative projects in digital and/or print marketing materials
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering work on schedule
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and being initiative
