Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and personalized customer service to potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Confidently interact with clients across all social media platforms, answering inquiries and booking appointments.
- This is a blended role, requiring proficiency in both calls and non-voice communications to ensure clear, professional interactions with clients.
- Proactively manage and nurture potential clients with a strong focus on upselling and driving additional sales.
- Track, measure, and analyze customer interactions to optimize performance and improve customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and market trends, with a focus on social media, beauty and skin brands, and lifestyle advertising.
Organization and File Management:
- Maintain systematic storage of client files within Google Drive, ensuring proper permissions and data security.
Presentations:
- Assist Team Leader in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients if needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inbound/outbound sales calls and customer service.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and with initiative.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience.
- Familiarity with social media, beauty and skin brands, and lifestyle advertising industry knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with preferred proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Preferred familiarity with social media tools and digital collaboration platforms such as ClickUp and Pancake.ph
- Due to the nature of the role, a quiet environment at home is essential for taking calls and ensuring clear, professional communication with customers.
- Can work on a shifting schedule, weekends and holidays as needed.
