Project Management
- Works closely with brand team to understand overall business and brand objectives to develop on-ground/online activation plans for product launch campaigns as well as brand marketing initiatives
- Provides support of all brand events such as local launch events, tactical activations, seasonal events - whether online or offline
- Negotiate, prepare, modify, and execute event plans and contracts
- Coordinate event logistics, presentation and materials support with the Events Head
- Work with PR team from event planning stage to media and talent coordinations, and other production preparations
- Work with Digital team in event promotion and amplification to achieve event KPIs such as attendance / viewership / engagement
- Undertake Internal Events/Projects for the company such as Events planning and execution.
- Maintains a productive working relationship with partners and clients.
- Ensures efficiency of project spends
- Ensures agency scope of work is maximized and all responsibilities/deliverables are accomplished on time and in full
- Establish, plan, organize, document, and grow the Events business, digital and traditional, for Skyrocket Studios PH Inc.
- Create other opportunities for growth in the Events sphere / ecosystem
- Build partnerships in the Events Community.
- Manage the storage, Inventory and organization of all Events- Production Equipments
- Ensure proper permissions on all files, equipments
- Provide support to the Events Head for pitch dates and pitches
- Actively participate in strategy / creative ideation for clients / pitches / projects
- Help organize and facilitate the pitches and meetings with clients
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
- Resourcefulness and productivity gains with workflow
- Client satisfaction / approval (delight) of strategy, campaigns, creative work

- At least 1 year work experience in Events Management or related fields
- Experience managing external partners, suppliers and vendors, sourcing and negotiating contract services
- Experience managing resources as well as budgets efficiently
- Good communication skills and can manage multiple stakeholders / work under pressure
- Good organization and presentation skills
- Extremely organized, especially with digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and Asana
- Adherence to deadlines
- Open receptiveness to feedback
- Must be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Passionate about customers and customer experience
- Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge a plus
- Adept with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
