Responsibilities:

  • Production Management:
    • Collaborate with the Director to translate vision into actionable plans within budgetary and logistical constraints.
    • Liaise with clients and Relationship Managers, ensuring clear communication and meeting project needs.
    • Coordinate team resource schedules, optimizing allocation for efficient production workflows.
    • Conduct research and provide information to support production decision-making.
    • Oversee all aspects of production scheduling, budgeting, and workflow adherence.
 
  • Pre-production Planning:
    • Write and review scripts and program ideas, developing detailed schedules and budget estimates.
    • Research internet trends to inform fresh and engaging content creation.
    • Analyze creative trends in videos, sounds, and music for innovative production approaches.
    • Utilize past analytics to guide creative execution and content planning.
    • Coordinate with clients to align production needs and requirements.
    • Prepare comprehensive production breakdowns, including casting, locations, and crewing.
    • Obtain budget approval and book necessary resources for shoots.
 
  • Production Execution:
    • Provide daily schedules to the Director, ensuring smooth filming or recording activities.
    • Maintain production schedule adherence and make adjustments for unforeseen circumstances.
    • Ensure compliance with copyright laws and union agreements.
    • Foster positive client relationships during production, addressing concerns promptly.
 
  • Project Leadership:
    • Define, plan, and manage assigned projects, collaborating closely with MVPS Lead.
    • Identify key resources and provide direction for project objectives.
    • Manage project schedules and tasks, adapting to changes as needed.
    • Facilitate timely decision-making, issue resolution, and conflict management.
    • Track progress and adjust plans as necessary, keeping stakeholders informed.
 
  • Pitches and Presentations:
    • Participate in pitch presentations, offering insights into digital marketing strategy for shoot productions.
    • Assist in preparing presentation materials and effectively communicating ideas to internal teams and clients.
 
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay informed on industry developments and trends relevant to shoot production.
    • Keep up with best practices in creative operations and project management for shoots.
    • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge specific to shoot production.
 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • On-time Delivery Rate: Ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
  • Client Satisfaction Score: Measure satisfaction levels among clients.
  • Budget Adherence: Evaluate how closely actual costs align with budget estimates.
  • Script Quality Rating: Assess the creativity and coherence of produced scripts.
  • Industry Knowledge Growth: Track participation in training programs and application of newly acquired knowledge.
 

Requirements:
