Job Overview
As a Content Producer in a digital advertising agency based in the Philippines, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, create, and deliver compelling and engaging content for various digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the creative team, copywriters, designers, and account managers to produce content that aligns with clients' brand objectives and resonates with their target audience. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the agency's content strategies and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Ideation and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the creative team and account managers to understand client requirements and campaign goals.
    • Brainstorm and contribute innovative content ideas that align with the client's brand, target audience, and campaign objectives.
    • Develop content strategies that encompass various formats, such as social media posts, videos, blog articles, infographics, and more.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Produce well-crafted, engaging, and relevant content for various digital channels, adhering to the brand's tone and voice.
    • Create multimedia content, including images, videos, and animations, to support campaigns and marketing initiatives.
    • Write clear and compelling copy that captures the audience's attention and conveys the desired message effectively.
  3. Content Management and Optimization:
    • Manage and update content on various digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email campaigns.
    • Monitor content performance and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
    • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
  4. Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, videographers, and editors, to ensure smooth and timely content production.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  5. Client Communication:
    • Participate in client meetings and presentations to present content concepts, progress, and results.
    • Address client feedback and incorporate necessary changes while maintaining the integrity of the content strategy.
  6. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all content complies with relevant legal, copyright, and privacy regulations.
    • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to maintain content quality and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Content Producer, Copywriter, or a similar role in a digital marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous content creation and writing projects across various digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino (Tagalog).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
