Responsibilities:
Team Management and Development
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Events and Activations team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, growth, and professional development.
- Delegate tasks effectively, assigning responsibilities based on team members' strengths and expertise, and providing constructive feedback and mentorship to support their growth.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, support career development, and address any team concerns.
- Implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity and meet project timelines effectively, overseeing the entire production process from conception to completion.
- Handle administrative responsibilities, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing leave approvals, and participating in the recruitment process through interviews.
- Act as a liaison between the design team and other departments within the agency, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment with overall agency goals and objectives.
Event Management
- Take ownership of all brand events, including local launch events, tactical activations, and seasonal events, both online and offline, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Lead the creative ideation process for events and activations, proposing innovative concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the agency's scope of work, ensuring all responsibilities and deliverables are accomplished on time and in full, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Negotiate, prepare, and execute event plans and contracts, ensuring strict adherence to budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Lead event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue setup, and equipment management.
- Spearhead internal company events and projects, providing end-to-end event planning and execution guidance to the Events and Activations Team.
Project Management
- Ensure the efficient allocation of project resources and budgets, optimizing project spends to maximize ROI.

- Oversee the tracking of sales revenue, expenses, and profit margins for each event, ensuring accurate reporting of profit and loss per project
- Ensure all responsibilities and deliverables are accomplished on time and in accordance with client expectations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive activation plans and drive digital promotion efforts to ensure a seamless event planning process.
Partnership Coordination
- Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with partners and clients, ensuring exceptional service, successful project outcomes, and long-term relationships.
- Manage all partner deliverables and supplier-related communications, including managing payment requests, securing necessary permits, and obtaining documentation like official receipts and invoices to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
- Oversee all aspects of artist management for events, including sourcing, booking, and coordinating hosts, performers, influencers, and other talent to align with event objectives.
- Liaise with artists and their representatives to manage logistics, hospitality, and any special requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage artists' influence to boost event visibility and drive audience engagement.
Growth, Expansion, and Business Development
- Establish, plan, organize, document, and grow the Events business, both digitally and traditionally, for Skyrocket Studios PH Inc., driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the Events sphere and broader ecosystem, exploring new markets, services, and partnerships
- Forge partnerships within the Events community to enhance business opportunities and foster collaboration that contribute to the agency's success and reputation as a leader in event management.
Pitches and Presentations
- Address complex client expectations by developing tailored event solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining creative excellence.
- Lead strategic event pitches for prospective clients, showcasing innovative concepts and activation strategies to meet client needs.
- Prepare and present compelling event strategies and concepts to clients, articulating the rationale behind event planning decisions.
- Support the creation of presentation materials and effectively communicate ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Participate in pitch presentations, offering strategic insights and recommendations to enhance event activations.
Organization and File Management
- Maintain systematic storage, inventory, and organization of all Events-Production equipment, ensuring availability and readiness for events.
- Maintain systematic storage and organization of client files within designated Google Drive folders, including assets, documentation, briefs, and other relevant materials
- Ensure proper permissions are set for all files to maintain confidentiality and data security
Industry Knowledge
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years of experience in events management, with a proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events across various formats AND a background in managing an events team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creative professionals to achieve excellence.
- Proven track record of effectively liaising with external stakeholders, including experience in sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Hands-on experience in efficiently managing resources and budgets to optimize project outcomes
- Proven experience managing multiple projects for well-known brands simultaneously.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing, advertising, creative, and technology industries is preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite softwares, especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Highly organized and can utilize digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and ClickUp.
- Exceptional interpersonal, pitch, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Open to constructive feedback and dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction.
