Responsibilities

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.

  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition.

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

  • Process or calculate payable hours, allowances, taxes, and deductions. Payroll.

  • Conduct job offers.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Able to work across a range of media and formats .

  • Superb interpersonal / PR skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Extremely organized, especially with digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and ClickUp.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Open receptiveness to feedback.

  • Must be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be proactive and take initiative.

  • Passionate about customers and customer experience.

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge a plus.

  • Adept with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
